Day 1

Arrive in Kashgar

Our guide and driver will pick you up at airport and transfer you to pre-booked hotel in Kashgar. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can walk around the old town of Kashgar. Over night in Kashgar.

Day 2

Kashgar tour

Today, we will spend full day at the Livestock market and Sunday Bazaar，Livestock market probably the most fascinating market in China, not only the animals you can enjoy, most importantly you can feel the old trading style during the ancient time. Over night inKashgar.

Day 3

Kashgar to Karakul Lake, 200km

After breakfast, you drive to Karakul Lake along the world famous Karakorum highway(KKH), en route, you can stop and take photo at Opal village, red mountain, white sand mountain, later you will arrive the main destination Karakul Lake and Mjuztagh ata mountain, this is the most beautiful area around Kashgar and the elevation of 3600m, and the Muztagh ata mountain is beyond your expectation. Overnight in Kashgar.

Day 4

Kashgar tour

Today, we spend half day to visit Kashgar, visit Apak hoja tomb, Apak hoja had strongly influenced kashgar area from mid 17^th

Day 5

Urumqi Tour

In the morning, we visit Xinjiang regional museum, it is the best place learn Xinjiang’s history, culture, and landscapes, one of the highlights is natural dried mummy from 3800 years ago. after that, we drive to Heavenly lake(Tianchi), it is 110 km from Urumqi, it is a 1980m high old lake, was formed during the Himalayas activity 200 million years ago, and is the most green, beautiful land in Xinjiang. Overnight in Urumqi.

Day 6

Urumqi to Turpan, 180km

After breakfast, we drive to Turpan, en route, we see salt lake, wind power plants, and Flaming mountain. In Turpan, firstly visit Tuyuk ancient village, it has the history of 1700 year, is the holly village for locals because of the religions which were flourished there. Then visit Beziklik Buddha caves, it was the temple of Gaochang kingdom. In the end visitEmin minaret, the only Minaret with a mosque, was built in 1777. Over night in Turpan.

Day 7

Back to Urumqi, transfer to airport

Today is the last day of our Xinjiang trip, in the morning, we visit Jiaohe ancient city, it is the best preserved earth constructed underground old city, was built 2300 years ago. Then we visit Karez, an ancient underground irrigation system, starting to use from 2000 years ago, The weather in Turpan is very dry and very hot, so “No Karez No Turpan” comes from this fact. Later we drive to Urumqi Airport for your return journey to home.
